This unique approach incorporates 3x evidence-based, psychological models that are all highly effective in their own right but are extremely empowering and will encourage staff to take ownership of their part of staff well-being.
The aim of this program is to:
- Analyse the current levels of Psychological Safety.
- Report results back to staff and encourage open feedback.
- Facilitate discussions to encourage every member to know that their opinion counts.
- Run Sona Strengths courses with small groups to explain strengths psychology and make staff familiar with their own character strengths.
- Run The two-stage Appreciative Inquiry process. Keeping records and setting team-set goals for the following academic year.
- Rerun the tests for Psychological Safety in the future at an agreed time.
