A personal favourite of mine is to help the helpers, be they medical staff, educational, parents, or community workers. I have noticed the sad reality. that many caring people find it difficult to care for themselves and can all too easily get burnt out. This course teaches the difference between self-care and self-compassion and helps us to challenge any problems we have with minding ourselves.
